The Wisteria House was designed by award winning architect Brent Smith. This one of a kind home was the first Passive Solar home in Sacramento County. Built in 1978, it took Brent 30 years to complete. In 1982 the architect society designated it as one of the 35 outstanding homes in US. It has been featured in many magazines, articles, and architectural award publications.
