With more than two decades of experience, and more than five hundred sold properties, Gary Khera is one of the most well-known names in the Real Estate Industry in California! Gary is a people’s man and his clients find their place at the top of his priority list. Gary specializes in not only figuring out what the exact needs of his clients are but also focuses long and hard to understand their dreams so as to be able to provide them with the perfect properties! The long-lasting relationships with his clients are what help Gary with his artistically fix and flip policy!

Having started off as a residential agent, Gary later transitioned into the investment side of the industry by refurbishing homes in any condition. Over the last two decades, Gary has sold over 500 properties across California in Orange County, Los Angeles, Bay Area, San Diego, Lake Tahoe, and the greater Sacramento area. His real estate portfolio includes a variety of properties including residential properties, rehabbing homes, real estate investment properties, remodeled commercial spaces, and more.

Gary is completely devoted to AKS Equities and his clients which makes him travel to different countries in the world so that he can explore new designs, materials, and cultures. By incorporating architectural designs from all across the world, he is able to uniquely differentiate himself and stand a class apart in the industry!

The credit to generate this interest in him goes to his father who sparked it long ago by incorporating Prat in his business. He went on to study business at The University of San Diego. He earned his real estate license and started working in property management.

Prat is an excellent researcher and analyst and that reflects when he helps investors and buyers find off-market properties and investment opportunities. Having seen and studied business his whole life, Prat is highly resourceful for investors and buyers alike! When he’s not advancing his education, working with property owners, renters, buyers, and sellers, Prat can be found playing basketball and enjoying hobbies like walking historic neighbourhoods of San Diego and looking at classic cars.
